Russia: Professor Of Chemistry Has been Mauled To Death By Pack Of Stray Dogs

The Lifeless body of the chemistry Professor, Dr. Sardana Sleptsova, was discovered lying on the freezing cold snow, by a student Semyon Alexeev who was also attacked by the same rampaging pack of stray dogs.
But Alexeev, unliked Prof. Sardana, managed to escaped the attacks after putting on a fears fight with the mad-dogs.
The horrific attack happened in the Russian city of Yakutsk. Dr. Sardana Sleptsova who was 53 by the time of her death, was overpowered by the hungry pack as she was captured in a video putting on a fears fight but to no avail.
The 53 year old Professor met her untimely death, just outside the City’s Horse Racing Stadium of Arctic Stage Agro-Technological University, in extreme cold temperature believed to be low as -48 degrees.
According to reports the body of the Professor of Chemistry, had been lying for several hours before she was found by Semyon Alexeev, who believed to be a student and also been attacked by the same pack of stray dogs, but managed to fought them off.
The Major of the City, Yevgeny Grigoriev had order a state of emergency in the district where the horrific attack happened, amid fears amongst the citizens of another attack.
In a statement he said, “I offer my deepest, sincere condolences to [the professor’s] family and friends. This is an irreparable loss.”
But ex-mayor Sardana Avksentyeva blamed a failure of Russian law for allowing strays to roam the streets of Siberian cities in harsh conditions.
She said: “These are predators that hunt every day. Hunt us, our children. How many more deaths, bitten children and livestock are needed to stop this?” she asked.
