BREAKING NEWS: Bibiani-Anhwiaso MCE, Alfred Amoah  Die In Gory Accident [WATCH]

Mr. Alfred Amoah, Municipal Chief Executive (MCE) for Bibiani-Anhwiaso-Bekwai in the Western North Region has passed away in a gory accident.

An eyewitness narrated, that a trailer truck from Kumasi towards Accra lost control a few meters from the Birim river on the Accra-Kumasi highway when its axle broke.

MyNewsgh reports that the trailer truck rammed into the vehicle of the MCE who was travelling from Accra to Kumasi damaging his vehicle beyond notification.

The MCE for Bibiani-Anhwiaso-Bekwai and his driver died on spot. However, the driver is yet to be identified.

In the video going around on social media, the bodies were still trapped in the mangled vehicle.

However, personnel of the Ghana Police Service and the Ghana Fire Service police was at the accident scene.
