Teyana Taylor And Iman Shumpert Are Separated After 7 Years.

The Couples who have been married for seven years with two kids are now separated.

After 10 years of being together and 7 years of marriage, Teyana Taylor has confirmed she and her husband Iman have seperated.

Teyana gave an update on Instagram on their relationship on Sunday Afternoon.

“AHT AHT! Not too much on my bestie!,” the caption reads on a photo of the estranged couple dressed as the “Wayne’s World” characters Wayne and Garth.

“In all fairness, Iman and I are separated and have been for a while. To be 1000% clear, ‘infidelity’ ain’t one of the reasons for our departure.”

Teyana also added that “We are still the best of friends, great business partners and are one hell of a team when it comes to co-parenting our 2 beautiful children.”

“Most importantly we are FAMILY & in the 10yrs together,

7yrs married we ain’t ever played with or about THAT,” she said.

Taylor explained the reason for keeping this and avoiding it out because

she is private and did not feel like it was anyone’s business.

Teyana also explained that she and Shumpert do not publicly discuss their personal life,

which is why they have been able to peacefully and successfully separate without noise from outside.

“We just keep y’all asses out the group chat lol, which is the reason we’ve been able to successfully & peacefully separate without all of the outside noise.”

The couples docummented their relationship and family life on the VH1 series “Teyana and Iman”

The NBA player and Teyana Taylor married in October 2016, after announcing their engagement at Taylor’s baby shower in 2015.
