Stonebwoy, the dancehall musician from Ghana, has announced the release of a new song titled “More Of You” on February 3.
The love-themed afropop song, which was created by renowned music producers SupaDups, IzzyAreUKiddinMe, and Cresso, will be the Ghana-based reggae, dancehall, and afro beats artist’s third new release since joining Universal Music Group/DefJam Record in May 2022.
It follows September’s self-affirming single “Gidigba” (Firm & Strong).
The announcement follows the recent information that his fifth full-length album would be released in March.
The multi-award-winning composer and performer has been busy touring and working on a new album for roughly two years since releasing the critically acclaimed “Anloga Junction” album in 2020.
Stonebwoy recently posted on social media images and videos of himself in France that were reportedly taken from the official visuals for a song he was working on with Grammy Award-winning singer Angelique Kidjo.
Stonebwoy has paved a path as one of Africa’s most renowned and esteemed musicians to date.
He has collaborated with many notable musicians, including Keri Hilson, Sean Paul, Trey Songz, Burna Boy, Alpha Blondie, and many more.
Subsequently, he has won several prestigious awards, including Best International Act: Africa at the BET Awards, Reggae, and Dancehall Artist of the Year at the Ghana Music Awards, 4 x AFRIMMA winners, Nickelodeon Kids Choice Award winner, and two Billboard plaques.
