According to Qatar University, Lionel Messi, the World Cup champion and captain of Argentina, will have his hotel room converted into a little museum.

According to Qatari News Agency, Messi’s room won’t be accessible to guests any longer (QNA).

Instead, it has been discovered that there are plans to turn the space into a small museum, with all of the Paris Saint-Germain star’s belongings maintained for the benefit of other students and tourists.

According to Hitmi al Hitmi, head of communications and public relations at Qatar University, Al Sharq: “The room of Argentina national team player Lionel Messi will remain unchanged and will remain available only for visitors and not for residence.”

Messi’s belongings will be a legacy for students and future generations and a witness to the great achievements Messi has reached during the World Cup.”
