Ghanaian international Mohammed Kudus is once again the subject of transfer speculation, with Saudi Pro League giants Al Nassr reportedly eyeing a blockbuster €100 million move for the West Ham forward.
According to multiple reports from English media, including TalkSport’s Ben Jacobs, Al Nassr has listed Kudus among their top four Premier League targets this summer.
The other names on their wish list include Kudus’ fellow countryman Antoine Semenyo of Bournemouth, Brighton’s Kaoru Mitoma, and Liverpool winger Luis Diaz.
The Saudi side previously had a €90 million bid for Mitoma turned down in January and has now turned their attention to Kudus.
With a Saudi-specific release clause of £120 million in his contract—different from the £85 million set for Premier League clubs—Kudus has become a unique option for Al Nassr as they seek to boost their squad ahead of next season.
Despite the hefty clause, reports suggest West Ham may be open to negotiating a fee below the Saudi valuation, especially with the clause expiring on July 1.
However, the key question remains: is Kudus willing to make the leap to the Middle East?
Kudus, 23, joined the Hammers from Ajax Amsterdam in the summer of 2023 and has quickly become a fan favorite.
In 76 appearances across all competitions, he’s netted 16 goals, showcasing flair, versatility, and a knack for clutch performances. His growth and consistency have not gone unnoticed, attracting interest far beyond Europe.
For now, the ball appears to be in Kudus’ court. With the summer window fast approaching, fans in London and Accra alike will be watching closely to see if the rising star takes his talents to Saudi Arabia—or decides to continue dazzling in the Premier League.
