The Presidential hopeful made this revelation while speaking on Accra-based Asempa FM.
Reacting to whether President Akufo-Addo did not trust him, he revealed that Nana Addo whom he has known 1976 should answer whether or not he trusted him.
“He has to answer that,” he said when asked if the President did not trust him.
He added, “I trusted him but now I don’t have a relationship. People get married for 30 years and get divorced don’t they? I’ve known President since 76…”
Of course, we don’t, there is no hatred or bad blood but I’ve learnt to move on because at the end of the day that is what life is. I will never let anybody bring me so low as to hate him. I don’t hate anybody but there comes a time when circumstances make it that you go your way, you have to move on,” the former Energy Minister said.

No I was called by the Chief Of Staff and she said the President said he cannot work with me against and I said that is fine then I moved”.
The former Energy Minister was sacked following the controversy surrounding the review of the Ameri power deal.
