Mahama Unveils First Round of Regional Ministerial Nominations

President John Dramani Mahama has unveiled his first list of regional ministerial nominations, marking a key step in his efforts to strengthen governance and ensure effective leadership across Ghana’s regions.

The list, which covers ten out of the country’s 16 regions, was formally submitted to the Speaker of Parliament for approval.

  • Ashanti Region – Dr. Frank Amoakohene

  • Ahafo Region – Charity Gardiner
  • Savannah Region – Lawyer Salisu Be-Awuribi
  • Greater Accra Region – Linda Ocloo
