Renowned Ghanaian journalist Kofi Adoma Nwanwani has shared an emotional message to his wife, Miracle Adoma, as he hints that he has made significant progress in his recovery from a serious eye injury.

In a heartfelt post on his social media, Kofi Adoma expressed his joy at seeing his wife happy after months of enduring the struggles caused by his eye injury.

He shared a video of Miracle dancing and singing to a gospel song, clearly celebrating a moment of joy in their lives.

The video captured Miracle’s excitement in what appears to be a plush room, with her husband expressing gratitude for her unwavering support throughout his recovery journey.

In the post’s caption, Kofi Adoma wrote, “I finally ‘see’ you happy, and it gives me joy, my love. #Mawuli,” seemingly hinting that his eyesight is almost fully restored.

His message stirred strong reactions from his followers, who celebrated the positive news of his recovery.

Kofi Adoma’s eye injury occurred in December 2024 when he was struck by gunpowder from a musket while covering the Kwafie Festival in the Bono Region.

The incident caused severe damage to his eye, leading to complete vision loss in one eye and blurred vision in the other.

After receiving initial treatment in Ghana, he was flown to Dubai for specialized medical care, supported by a $115,000 donation from businessman Ibrahim Mahama.

Multiple surgeries followed, and in March 2025, Kofi returned to Ghana, still facing challenges from the injuries.

Despite the ongoing pain, including difficulty sleeping due to head and eye discomfort, he has remained positive about his recovery.

His wife, Miracle, has been a constant pillar of support throughout this difficult period.

Kofi’s journey has inspired many, as social media users flooded the post with congratulatory messages.
