JUST IN: Former Japan PM, Shinzo Abe Shot Dead While Giving Speech

News gathered by Znewsgh.com from Japan’s national broadcaster has it that, former Prime Minister, Shinzo Abe has been shot dead.

The former Japanese Prime Minister was assassinated while giving a campaign speech. He died at age 67.

According to reports, the police quickly tackled and arrested the suspected attacker who is in his 40s.

Shinzo Abe was pronounced dead at the hospital where he was receiving medical treatment.

The hospital was close to the attack in Nara, a senior Liberal Democratic Party official has said, public broadcaster NHK reports.
