I Face More Spiritualities In Ghana Than In Germany – Wendy Shay

Wendy shay, A signee of Ruff town records has been facing a lot of spiritual attacks since she left Germany and decided to continue her music career in Ghana.

On the Day show with Berla Mundi, The “Haters in tears” hit maker disclosed on the spiritual problem and the powerful influence of music.

Wendy shay, who was free and not facing any spiritual battles or attacks, says she only face such battles when she settled in Ghana and found it to be uncommon.

“Growing up in Germany, you don’t really see spirituality like that but when I came to Ghana, obviously, I faced a lot of spiritual battles,” she disclosed.

Wendy Shay, made mention of the power music holds. Because she doesn’t know what is so nice about her which makes people love and jump to her song anytime she was performing.

She acknowledge her fame in the music industry must have something doing with this power which attracts people to her music and performances.

“It’s normal everywhere. Music itself is a spirit. What is so special about me that people will like to come and watch me perform. There should be something that is beyond me that is actually making that happen.”

Despite Wendy’s love for music, the challenges she is facing makes her discover her true purpose and love for music and live a purpose-driven life.

“It has made me know who I really am. I know I always wanted to do music but knowing your purpose and living a purpose-driven life is different and that is what I am right now. I live very purposely and I am very mindful of whatever.”
