M N RidwanAccording to a Zambian official, 8 Croatians who were detained again in Zambia will be charged with child tr@fficking and are scheduled to appear in court on Thursday.
A court earlier this week dismissed child trafficking allegations against the 8 and mandated their immediate departure from the nation.
However, they were detained again when they attempted to leave Zambia by air.
Namati Nshinka, a spokeswoman for Zambian immigration, stated in a statement that the 8 were “detained for prosecution on reconstructed accusations but still connected to attempted child trafficking.”
According to Nshinka, they will likely show up in court once more on Thursday.
