Jay-Z and Diddy Face R@pe Allegations in Lawsuit Over 2000 MTV VMA After-Party

Jay-Z is facing serious accusations in a bombshell civil lawsuit, filed on December 8, 2024, claiming that the rapper s3xually assaulted a 13-year-old girl alongside music mogul Sean “Diddy” Combs after the 2000 MTV Video Music Awards (VMAs).

The lawsuit, filed under the name Jane Doe, alleges that the teenager was invited to a house party following the event, where she was given a drink that made her feel “woozy” before the alleged assault occurred.

According to the lawsuit, the unnamed girl was driven to the party by a man who said he worked for Diddy.

Once there, the victim was allegedly taken to a room where Jay-Z assaulted her while Diddy and an unnamed female celebrity watched.

The suit claims that the incident took place at a house with a U-shaped driveway after the VMAs on September 7, 2000.

Jay-Z has strongly denied these allegations, calling them “blackmail” in a statement to The Sun.

He refuted the claims as part of a scheme to extort money from him, saying, “My lawyer received a blackmail attempt… The nature of these allegations and the public scrutiny would make me want to settle. No sir, it had the opposite effect!”

The civil lawsuit comes amidst a larger legal battle involving Diddy, who has also been accused of sexual assault and is currently facing charges of racketeering and sex trafficking.

Both Jay-Z and Diddy have denied the allegations, with Diddy’s legal team calling the accusations “publicity stunts” aimed at extracting money from high-profile celebrities.

In his response, Jay-Z expressed his heartbreak over the situation, especially for his family, particularly his children, who will likely face questions from peers about the publicized claims.
