While other Premier clubs have been busy in the transfer market, Manchester United have been slow since the opening of the summer market.
The English giant who finished 6th in the 2021/2022 EPL season has linked with many players yet none of them has signed for the club. This got the Red Devils fans angry.
Just a few days ago, the club made its first push to sign a player under ten Hag. They successfully hijacked Olympique Lyon’s deal to sign Feyenoord’s left-back Tyrell Malacia.
Manchester United submitted a higher bid of €15m guaranteed fee plus €2m add-ons as against Lyon’s €13m plus €2m add-ons.
The only thing that was holding the deal was for Malacia to say yes to Man United and agree on personal terms after Feyenoord confirmed reaching an agreement with the Red Devils.
Italian ace sports journalist, Fabrizio Romano has confirmed that Malacia will sign five years contract deal with Man United.
