A suspected murderer turned himself over to the police after investigation closed on him.

According to police report the suspected murderer, sneaked into the victim room and shot him. The suspect who’s police revealed his name as Kampii Ningpeen Yennu, believed the victim which name was revealed as Matthew Namison, was having an affair with his wife and therefore find it necessary to take the law into his own hand, and sneaked into the room of the victim at night and shoot him dead.

the suspect a farmer who live in the Bunkpurugu/Nakpanduri District, in the North East Region of Ghana went into hiding after he committed the heinous crime. But hand himself up to the police after learning the police investigations is closing on him, that was according to Daily Guide Report.

Acting police public relations officer of North East Region ASP Robert Anbiik Anmain, confirmed the arrest and remanded into police custody assisting police investigations.

the police further report that on the 1st of October the received a call from the Assemblyman for Jilik electoral area that, Mr.Yennu, who suspected his victim Mr. Namison was having an affair with his wife.

sneaked into the victim room at night and shot him, the police rushed to scene just to found the victim lying in a pool of blood investigation at scene revealed a wound on the chin of the deceased which the police believed to be a gun wound. The suspect remained in police custody assisting investigations.
